Khimaira Labs ("we", "us", or "our") builds and operates specialized software tools. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. It applies to this website (khimairalabs.com) and, unless a product-specific policy says otherwise, to all products we operate.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you contact us by email or through the form on this site, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not use that information for anything other than responding to you.

Payment information

Payments for our products and services are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, card verification code, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Account information

When you create an account on one of our products (for example, TariffClassify), we collect the information needed to provide that service — typically an email address and a password (stored as an irreversible hash). Each product may also collect usage data specific to its function; refer to that product's documentation or privacy notice for details.

Usage data

Our servers automatically log standard request information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data to maintain service reliability and to understand general usage patterns. We do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics scripts. Our product applications may use session cookies and functional cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

2. How we use your information

3. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate:

• Hostinger — server hosting and infrastructure.

These providers are contractually bound to handle your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or as required by law. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Contact inquiry data is deleted after 12 months unless an ongoing business relationship continues.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@khimairalabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security

All data transmitted to and from our services is encrypted in transit using TLS. We apply industry-standard security practices and limit access to personal data to employees who need it to do their jobs. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated directly to registered users by email.
