Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out how you may and may not use the websites and SaaS products operated by Khimaira Labs LLC ("we", "us"). It applies to everyone who visits our websites or uses our products, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right — including trade sanctions, export-control laws, intellectual property rights, and privacy laws.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, phishing messages, or any deceptive content.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data — or to those of any other user — including through credential stuffing, brute force, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with the operation of our services through denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, or comparable disruption.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without our prior written permission.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our services in a way that exceeds normal human use, evades rate limits, or extracts data in bulk.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Use our services to develop a competing product or to benchmark performance for publication without our written consent.

2. Security research

Good-faith security research is welcome. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it to security@khimairalabs.com and refrain from accessing data that is not yours, modifying or deleting data, or disrupting service availability. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow responsible disclosure.

3. Fair use of resources

Our SaaS products are intended for use within reasonable limits. Sustained use that consumes a disproportionate share of compute, storage, or network resources — or that is inconsistent with the way the product is intended to be used — may be subject to throttling or additional charges. Where possible we will contact you before taking action.

4. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit to our services and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share it. We do not pre-screen user content but may remove content that violates this AUP or applicable law.

5. Reporting violations

If you believe another user is violating this AUP, please contact support@khimairalabs.com with as much detail as possible.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in warning, throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. We may also report violations to law enforcement where required.

We will not refund subscription fees for accounts terminated for AUP violations.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
